Bamboo Charge boasts an impressive portfolio of successful projects in the thermal domain. We have designed, optimized, and tested a wide variety of air and liquid-cooled systems for consumer electronics, automotive applications, data centers, medical devices, and startups Our expertise spans thermal simulations from chip-level analysis to system-level evaluations. We have successfully developed and manufactured cold plates for battery packs in electric cars, air-cooled thermal solutions for Li-ion battery energy storage systems, active air-cooled systems for electronics in energy storage applications, and upgraded cooling solutions for multiple medical devices. Additionally, our capabilities include the design of micro and macro-scale heat exchangers, analysis of image sensor defocus resulting from non-uniform temperature maps, determination of power budgets for wearable consumer electronics, and the development and validation of virtual thermal sensors.
